Shipping Policy

Delivery Locations: Nutbit Choco currently delivers to these cities: Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Chandigarh, Panchkula, and Mohali.

Delivery Slots: We offer delivery in 4 time slots each day. Customers must choose a preferred time slot and delivery date at checkout. We strive to deliver within the chosen time slot, but in rare cases where we cannot, we request your cooperation.

Delivery Attempts: Nutbit Choco will make only one delivery attempt. If the recipient is not available or the delivery is unsuccessful, no further attempts will be made. In such cases, the recipient must collect their gift from the designated pickup spot.

Delivery Timeline: The minimum delivery time will be 1 Day i.e. same day delivery. The maximum delivery time is 2 Days.

Address Change After Order Placement:
If a customer requests a change in the delivery address after the order has been placed, the customer will be liable to pay the entire delivery charge for the revised address. The delivery will be carried out via cab from the respective outlet Panchkula Sector 17 or Karol Bagh, Delhi and the applicable cab charges must be borne fully by the customer.

Store Pickup: In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, recipients can collect their gift from specific pickup spot.
